At the Central Deborah Mine, you put on a miners hat and lamp, then descend underground to truly experience life as a miner.
Travel on a vintage tram along Pall Mall, stopping at the oldest operating tram depot in Australia. Discover the history of the Chinese miners at the Golden Dragon Museum and the Joss House.
You then go on to visit Australia’s oldest Pottery at Bendigo Pottery, you can even purchase traditional ceramic homewares.
Walk amongst the Box-Ironbark forests that are filled with a mixture of wild nature and gold diggings. Taste wines from Bendigo’s famous winery.
